New appointment to drive CBRE’s government-related growth initiatives

CBRE has appointed Zoe Ferrari to a newly created Pacific role as Head of Government for its Global Workplace Solutions business.

Zoe has more than 18 years of property industry experience and successfully led CBRE’s Canberra office for five years before moving to a client-side role at ISPT.

Michael Barlow, CBRE Sector Director, Infrastructure, Defence & Public Enterprise, said; “This new position has provided an opportunity for Zoe to take her career in a new direction driving CBRE’s government growth initiatives, harnessing her strategic client relationships, skill set and deep knowledge of our business, the government sector and the broader Canberra market. We see this appointment unlocking significant opportunities across both our GWS and Advisory Services businesses.”

Ms Ferrari will commence in her new Canberra-based role on October 16.
