MAB has launched Stage 2 of its Haystone Business Park within the Tullamarine Precinct, marking what is expected to be one of the final chances to secure freehold industrial land adjacent to Melbourne Airport.
The release forms the last developable landholding within the tightly held precinct, offering lots ranging from 1,407sqm to 8,182sqm. The lots are zoned Industrial 3, catering to a broad range of industrial and commercial uses, with titles expected to be delivered in mid‑2027.

Jake George said demand for quality industrial land near the airport had continued to intensify as supply in Melbourne’s north dries up.

Haystone Business Park offers exceptional transport connectivity, positioned directly adjacent to the airport’s main logistics and freight corridor and immediate access to Tullamarine Freeway. The estate is expected to attract strong interest from owner‑occupiers, developers and institutional investors seeking scarce metropolitan industrial land with direct aviation and transport links.
