Prime Perth site with development potential hits the market after 30 years

Cambridge Forum, a popular international food court in Perth’s western suburbs, has been listed for sale for the first time in 30 years and is expected to attract interest from investors and developers looking to unlock the site’s potential.

CBRE’s Ryan McGinnity, Derek Barlow and Chloe Mason are managing the sale of the family-owned property via an Expressions of Interest campaign with offers in excess of $20 million expected.

Located at 350 Cambridge Street Wembley, the 9,646sqm landholding is strategically located 4km from the Perth CBD and borders the affluent suburbs of Subiaco, West Leederville, and Floreat.

Mr McGinnity noted the site was one of the largest appropriately zoned landholdings in the western suburbs, making it a prime site for development.
