Saint Gobain Abrasives, the world’s leading manufacturer of abrasives, has leased a 6,736sqm warehouse at Goodman’s Amaroo Estate in Craigieburn.

Saint Gobain signed the lease deal prior to practical completion, which is scheduled for March 2024.

The manufacturer will be joining Amazon and Australian  Brushware at the warehouse and distribution facility located at 7 Callister Place.

CBRE’s Daniel Eramo and Joe Brzezek negotiated the 5-year lease on behalf of Goodman.

“Saint Gobain was attracted to the high-quality nature of the development, as well as the site’s access to major arterial infrastructure such as the Hume Freeway,” Mr Eramo said.

“This deal signifies the third pre-commitment within Goodman’s Amaroo Estate. which is fast becoming a desired location for large-scale high-quality occupiers.”

Goodman is known for building high quality, sustainable properties with a vision for the long-term, including the use of solar panels and electric vehicle charging points, which are both present at Amaroo Business Park.
