TBS Aust secures lease at prime industrial facility in Epping

Australian-owned manufacturer, TBS Aust, has secured a lease at a modern, high-quality industrial facility in Epping, underscoring continued occupier demand within Melbourne’s northern industrial corridor.

The property, located at 104 Gateway Boulevard, is owned by a private landlord and the lease was negotiated by CBRE’s Corey LeFavi, in conjunction with John Georgiou of X Commercial Northern Melbourne following a short on-market campaign.

Mr LeFavi said the transaction reflected the strength of demand for quality industrial assets in the Epping market.
