Fairview, a 40ha landholding on the Yorke Peninsula has been listed for sale by the Daniell family, as part of the family's subdivision of their portfolio.  

The property is located 220km from the Adelaide CBD at 545 Hickeys Drive, Coobowie, Port Giles, and is currently utilised for cropping and grazing purposes.

Improvements include a four-bedroom home, a machinery shed, a workshop, a shearing shed with adjoining sheep yards and sundry shedding. The property features single-phase power and mains water with an additional 180,000 litres of rainwater storage.

CBRE Agribusiness’s Phil Schell and Angus Bills are managing the sale via a two-stage Expression of Interest campaign, with stage one closing November 30, 2023.
