Win for CBRE at 2023 RICS Awards Australia

CBRE’s QV1 Management Team in Perth has been named Facilities Management Team of the Year at the 2023 RICS Awards Australia.  

QV1 is a 43-storey premium office tower located at 250 St Georges Terrace in the Perth CBD. 

The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational initiatives and developments in land, real estate, construction, and infrastructure, recognising the outstanding achievements of market-leading professionals.  

The award recognises the team's demonstrated commitment to prioristising innovation, industry-leading sustainability outcomes and ensuring user satisfaction through the management of major capital expenditure projects.  

The team has been at the forefront of planning and futureproofing the building, which was completed in 1991, with a series of multimillion-dollar refurbishments over the past six years. This has included the completion of hotel-quality end-of-trip facilities, premium conference and business lounge facilities, an open and collaborative lobby and a connected streetscape. 

QV1 Head of Operations Joe D’Alessandro said the award was a testament to the team’s focus on providing a considered and people-focused precinct.
