A vacant Woree land parcel with industrial development potential has been listed for sale by Cairns Industrial Property.

Located at 15 Jackson Drive, the 19,830sqm site is 50% cleared and has been zone classified for heavy industry.

CBRE’s Jay Beattie is managing the sale via an Expression of Interest campaign closing October 6, 2023.
