CBRE appoints new Director for Alternative Assets

CBRE has appointed Liam Greentree as Director within the Alternative Assets Valuation & Advisory Services team. This appointment is strategic to further expand the company’s focus on alternative assets.

  

Based in Sydney, Mr Greentree will be the national leading expert within the manufactured home estate (MHE) and caravan park asset classes.

  

Mr Greentree brings over 10 years' experience in the property industry where he has been involved in the valuation of a broad range of assets, for varying purposes.
