CBRE recognised at national API Awards

CBRE has secured two wins and a special commendation at the 2023 Australia Property Institute’s Excellence in Property Awards.

The awards program is designed to recognise both individuals and organisations in the public and private sectors who are leading the way in the property industry. A judging panel of distinguished industry leaders is brought together to critically assess all entries in their individual categories.

CBRE’s Living Sectors Valuation & Advisory Services Team won the prestigious title of Valuation Team of the Year. This award recognises the team's commitment to achieving best practice in valuation.

Since its conception in 2019, the Living Sectors team has undertaken significant work to discern the challenges surrounding varying implementations for living sectors across each state. Due diligence is at the heart of the team’s approach with a strong reputation for accuracy and professionalism, developed by continually building on success and incrementally improving data and quality management systems.

In other recognition, Katrina Lukac received a special commendation for the Lesley Bennett Women in Property Award. This recognises Katrina’s demonstrated leadership in the property industry and drive to achieve better outcomes for the valuation profession and in particular, women in property.

CBRE was also acknowledged in the Engagement Award category, receiving the Largest Education Registration Award.

CBRE’s Pacific Head of Valuation & Advisory Services Jarrod Frazer said the API recognition highlighted the strength and expertise of CBRE’s valuation business.
