Genna McCarthy joins CBRE to head the firm’s Office Tenant Representation team

CBRE has appointed highly regarded leasing professional Genna McCarthy to lead its Office Tenant Representation team in Australia and New Zealand.

Ms McCarthy brings more than two decades of commercial real estate experience to her new role as Regional Director, Office Tenant Representation.

Genna will work closely with our broader Leasing & Consulting leadership team as we continue to elevate our client service offering.”

Ms McCarthy is a CBRE returnee who worked as a director in the firm’s Melbourne Tenant Representation team for six years through to 2015.

She has also held senior leadership and operational roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Resolve XO, representing major clients such as NAB, PwC, Viva Energy, Coles, Maurice Blackburn, iSelect, CBA, Hostplus, Bendigo Bank, RMIT, Russell Kennedy, American Express, KWM and Thomson Geer.

Ms McCarthy will commence in her new Melbourne-based role on September 1.
