Landmark Box Hill development

Tenants are being sought for a state-of-the-art daycare centre in Golden Age’s most recent Melbourne development, SKY SQR, opening late 2024. 

CBRE’s Jimmy Tat, Sandro Peluso and Marcello Caspani-Muto have been appointed to steer the leasing campaign on behalf of Golden Age.

Located on the second floor of the SKY SQR podium at 517 – 521 Station Street, Box Hill, the day care centre has space for 107 children and will include a large outdoor space offering a safe and stimulating environment for children and ten dedicated undercover car spaces for drop-offs and pick-ups.

Golden Age's development plans reflect its commitment to creating innovative spaces that cater to the evolving needs of the community. The 72,000sqm development has been architecturally designed by Fender Katsalidis and encompasses a three-storey retail podium and food precinct under two 16-level towers with a three-level basement.
