Ms Crotty brings 28 years of experience to her CBRE Regional Director position, most recently as Principal of Pegg Property Consultancy, an independent firm she launched 11 years ago.
Darren Nugent, CBRE Senior Managing Director – Leasing & Consulting, Australia & New Zealand, said Ms Crotty’s broad skillset spanned multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, education and government
Past and current clients include ISPT, NBN Co, HCF, NAB, Colonial First State, Vodafone, Optus, Healius, Westpac, Victoria University, AMP Capital, City West Housing, Svitzer Australia, Sydney Airport, Opal Healthcare and various government entities.
“Liz is the leader in her field, and her appointment will be a real differentiator with our clients. She will work closely with our Occupier Leasing team on major commercial transactions in addition to offering development transaction services across the commercial, healthcare, education and government sectors,” Mr Nugent said.
“Liz also brings significant expertise in negotiating ground leases in addition to project delivery, development and lease agreements, services which will form part of her new CBRE remit.”
Ms Crotty said the opportunity to join CBRE’s experienced team had been too good to refuse.
“CBRE is a respected global real estate leader with great people and an incredible market reach. I’m excited to continue working with my existing valued clients and to further broaden my client base at CBRE as the real estate sector moves into a new growth cycle,” Ms Crotty said.
Ms Crotty will commence in her new national role on July 23, based in CBRE’s 363 George Street office in Sydney.
