CBRE has boosted its leadership and client support capabilities with the appointment of Kelley Hehir as Head of Occupier Accounts, Australia and New Zealand.
Based in Melbourne, Kelley brings more than 20 years’ experience across corporate real estate, transaction management and occupier services, with a strong track record working with large organisations to deliver complex national portfolios, major transactions and long‑term client strategies.
CBRE’s Head of Leasing & Consulting in Australia & New Zealand, Darren Nugent, noted Kelley was widely recognised as a trusted client partner and people leader.
“Kelley has built a reputation for thoughtful, outcomes-driven leadership, mentoring future talent and actively contributing to inclusion and capability building across the industry,” Mr Nugent said.
“Kelley’s appointment reflects our commitment to strengthening leadership depth across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring we are well positioned to support clients through increasingly complex real estate challenges.
“As our leasing and occupier business continues to evolve, attracting high calibre leaders with Kelley’s experience, values and client focus is critical to driving collaboration, innovation and growth,” Mr Nugent added.
This appointment marks a return to the firm for Kelley, who previously held a London-based role at CBRE.
Of her appointment, Kelley said, “I’m delighted to step into the Head of Occupier Accounts role and lead such an exceptionally talented team.
