CBRE has promoted Paul Tierney to lead its South Australian Industrial & Logistics business.

Paul recently joined CBRE in a Senior Director role after leading Colliers’ South Australian Industrial team. He has more than 38 years of real estate experience, including over two decades in industrial sales and leasing.

CBRE's Senior Managing Director, South Australia, Alistair Laycock said Paul's promotion would further strengthen the firm's Industrial & Logistics offering for clients.

"Paul has a deep understanding of the South Australian Industrial & Logistics market and brings fresh insights and perspectives to the challenges and opportunities facing the sector, making him ideally suited to lead the team into its next phase and build on our market-leading position across Greater Adelaide," Mr Laycock said.

Of his appointment, Mr Tierney said, "The South Australian industrial and logistics landscape is evolving rapidly, driven by major supply chain shifts, urban renewal, and demand for prime logistics and manufacturing infrastructure.

"My priority is to empower our team to harness our deep local market intelligence alongside CBRE’s world-class global platform. By doubling down on collaboration, client-first advisory, and rigorous execution, we will continue to secure a wide range of transactions, unlock strategic land and development opportunities, and deliver unmatched value for our clients across the state," he added.

CBRE Senior Director, Industrial & Logistics, Paul McKay, who previously led the I&L team in South Australia, will now focus on expanding I&L Capital Markets and investment activity in the state working closely with CBRE’s market-leading national I&L Capital Markets division.
