Our CBRE Perth office
Our Perth CBRE office has been operating for over 30 years. Our services include advisory and transaction services, property management, capital markets, project management, global workplace solutions, retail services and valuation advisory services. We have 180 staff members operating throughout our metropolitan city with 116 staff members based in our Perth head office.
We have been located in the QV1 Tower since 2017; a modern, Harry Seidler designed skyscraper. On visiting CBRE Perth, we recommend taking advantage of our 360 degree views, giving you a bird’s eye view of the city from the CBD to Rottnest and over to the Darling Ranges.
Situated in the midst of Perth CBD, we have a variety of amenities within walking distance such as the new tourist precinct of Elizabeth Quay. We are also just a short stroll from Kings Park, a picturesque national park and botanical garden with stunning views across Perth and the Swan River.
For parking there is a paid parking garage located at the rear of the QV1 building, off Hay Street. There is also a Wilson Parking Garage next to QV1, which you can access from Kings Park Road. For public transport we have a range of bus services running by our office, including the free Perth CAT (Central Area Transit) bus stop right out the front. This service operates between Leederville and Elizabeth Quay on a loop.
